What if an organisation replaced all enterprise productivity tools with alternatives provide by consumer-based online services. i.e. the software and services used for work around the edges of formal business systems. Activities that have traditionally involved email, phones and Office suites


On 12th May I delivered the following presentation to the British Computer Society (BCS). The session was designed as a ‘What if…?’ presentation to spark discussion and some great debates took place during the event. Exploring the socio-economic impact of Internet-based services accessed over mobile devices. The session was recorded and BCS members will be able to view an edited extract later this year.
